  1. Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals.
  2. Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process efficiency and yield.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioprocessing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer of processes from R&D to manufacturing.
  5. Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and process development activities.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  9. Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into bioprocessing.
  10. Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  11. Identify and implement strategies to improve product quality and consistency.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
  13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
  14. Participate in process validation and transfer activities.
  15. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  16. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
  17. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.
  18. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support process development and improvement initiatives.
  19. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
  20. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and suggest innovative ideas to enhance bioprocesses.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development And Scale-Up, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Bioprocess Equipment And Technologies, Such As Bioreactors, Filtration Systems, And Chromatography Columns.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Bioprocesses.
