- Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of life-saving medicines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective bioprocess development.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot bioprocesses to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
- Design and implement process scale-up strategies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all experiments and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into bioprocess development.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in bioprocess engineering principles and practices.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in bioprocess development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Actively participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions to overcome challenges in bioprocess development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve bioprocesses to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Adhere to company values and code of conduct, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's mission and values to external partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development, Scale-Up, And Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Biopharmaceutical Production.
Proficiency In Process Modeling And Statistical Analysis Software, Such As Matlab, Jmp, Or Design-Expert.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In Cross-Functional Teams.
