1. Design and optimize bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceutical products.
2. Conduct research and development to improve bioprocess efficiency and yield.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful scale-up and transfer of bioprocesses to manufacturing.
4. Perform process characterization and validation studies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioprocessing.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during process implementation and troubleshooting.
8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bioprocesses.

11. Conduct process risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
12. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
13. Document and analyze experimental data, and present findings to stakeholders.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance bioprocess efficiency, quality, and safety.
15. Mentor and train junior team members on bioprocess engineering principles and techniques.
