  1. Design and optimize bioprocesses to ensure the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve bioprocesses for new and existing products.
  3. Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during bioprocess development and production.
  5. Utilize technical expertise to provide guidance and support to production teams.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for bioprocesses.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technology.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experiments, results, and processes.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in bioprocess development and production.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members in bioprocessing techniques and procedures.
  12. Participate in team meetings and communicate progress and challenges effectively.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential risks in bioprocess development and production.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize bioprocess development.
  15. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support a culture of innovation within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Bioprocess Development And Optimization In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gmp Regulations And Experience With Regulatory Submissions.

  • Knowledge Of Bioprocess Equipment And Technology, Including Fermentation, Purification, And Analytical Techniques.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
