- Design and optimize bioprocesses to ensure the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve bioprocesses for new and existing products.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during bioprocess development and production.
- Utilize technical expertise to provide guidance and support to production teams.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for bioprocesses.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technology.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experiments, results, and processes.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in bioprocess development and production.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior team members in bioprocessing techniques and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate progress and challenges effectively.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks in bioprocess development and production.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize bioprocess development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support a culture of innovation within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Bioprocess Development And Optimization In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gmp Regulations And Experience With Regulatory Submissions.
Knowledge Of Bioprocess Equipment And Technology, Including Fermentation, Purification, And Analytical Techniques.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
