  1. Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceutical products.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement bioprocessing strategies.
  3. Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioprocesses.
  5. Utilize engineering principles to ensure process scalability and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  10. Communicate updates and progress to team members and management.
  11. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in bioprocess development.
  12. Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve existing bioprocesses.
  14. Participate in process validation and technology transfer activities.
  15. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development And Scale-Up

  • Strong Understanding Of Bioprocess Principles And Technologies, Such As Fermentation, Cell Culture, And Downstream Processing

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Cgmp Requirements For Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Bioprocesses To Improve Efficiency And Yield.
