
Bioprocess Engineer

- Conduct research and experiments to develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute experiments and studies.
- Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure efficient and effective bioprocesses.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bioprocesses.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities used in bioprocessing.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Communicate results and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and strategy development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Bioprocessing Principles And Techniques, Such As Fermentation, Cell Culture, And Purification
Experience Working In A Gmp-Regulated Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Knowledge Of Process Development, Scale-Up, And Optimization For Biologic Products
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Team Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Project Deadlines.
