  1. Develop and implement workforce development strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  2. Design and lead training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
  3. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify key competencies and skills required for various roles within the organization.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  5. Conduct regular needs assessments and analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and development.
  6. Develop and manage partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other external organizations to support workforce development initiatives.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce development programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce development and implement them within the organization.
  9. Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce gaps and implement solutions to support business objectives.
  11. Lead and manage a team of workforce development professionals, providing direction and support as needed.
  12. Develop and manage the budget for workforce development initiatives.
  13. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our workforce development initiatives and attract top talent.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to workforce development.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Elevance Health, promoting our mission and values to potential candidates and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workforce Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Workforce Development Trends And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs And Initiatives To Improve Employee Performance And Retention.
