  1. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vendor needs and develop strategies to improve vendor performance.
  3. Monitor vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of vendor performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of vendor activities and performance, including contract renewals, pricing, and service level agreements.
  6. Coordinate and oversee the onboarding and offboarding of vendors, including vendor assessments and due diligence processes.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  8. Analyze vendor data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall efficiency.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve vendor management processes.
  10. Work closely with internal teams to ensure vendor operations align with company goals and objectives.
  11. Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any disputes or concerns.
  12. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on vendor performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.
  13. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and tasks.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the company's mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
