Additionally, the Utilization Management Correspondence Representative will be expected to maintain accurate records, answer inquiries, and follow up on all correspondence.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as a strong knowledge of health care delivery systems and utilization management principles. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
