  5. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  6. Document all interactions and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  8. Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care.
  9. Maintain knowledge of current healthcare trends and regulations.
  10. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Case Management Or Utilization Review.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Disease Processes, And Treatment Modalities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
