Specialty Pharmacy Program Director

Elevance Health is looking for a passionate Specialty Pharmacy Program Director to join our team and lead the growth of our specialty pharmacy program. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing our specialty pharmacy strategy.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a specialty pharmacy setting, including knowledge and experience with specialty pharmacy network development, pharmacy accreditation, specialty pharmacy reimbursement and regulatory requirements. The candidate should also have strong organizational, project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to think strategically and work collaboratively across functions.The Specialty Pharmacy Program Director will be a highly motivated and innovative leader who is passionate about Elevance Health's mission to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Elevance Health’s specialty pharmacy strategy

• Manage and oversee the growth of the specialty pharmacy program

• Negotiate and manage contracts with specialty pharmacy network providers

• Ensure pharmacy accreditation is maintained

• Monitor and manage specialty pharmacy reimbursement

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements

• Manage and track program performance through analytics

• Monitor industry trends and best practices

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Prepare reports and presentations as needed

• Provide strategic leadership for the specialty pharmacy program and team
