Solutions Management Manager

3. Manage cross-functional teams, and provide guidance and strategic direction.
4. Stay current on healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
5. Use excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure solutions are successful.
7. Develop processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
8. Monitor and analyze data related to solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
9. Train and mentor staff on proper use of solutions.
10. Support the mission of providing exceptional healthcare solutions to members.
