- Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management systems and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of Elevance Health's data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the IAM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure IAM solutions that align with business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on IAM-related issues and projects.
- Monitor and analyze access logs and reports to identify unauthorized access attempts and suspicious activities.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends in the healthcare industry to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for IAM processes and systems.
- Participate in incident response and investigation activities related to IAM security incidents.
- Train and educate staff on IAM best practices and security protocols.
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new IAM technologies and solutions.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in IAM security to ensure Elevance Health's systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and end-users, to ensure a clear understanding of IAM policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize existing IAM processes and procedures.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Identity And Access Management Systems In A Complex Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Iam Technologies And Standards: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Iam Technologies Such As Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Role-Based Access Control, And Industry Standards Such As Oauth, Saml, And Openid Connect.
In-Depth Understanding Of Security Principles And Best Practices: The Senior Iam Security Advisor Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Protection, Network Security, And Encryption Methods.
Proven Experience In Project Management: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Iam Projects, From Requirements Gathering And Design To Implementation And Maintenance.
