Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management: The Senior Iam Security Advisor Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Principles, Technologies, And Best Practices. They Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Iam Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Iam Solutions.
Expertise In Security Frameworks And Regulatory Compliance: The Senior Iam Security Advisor Should Be Well-Versed In Security Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso 27001, And Hipaa, And Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements In The Healthcare Industry. They Should Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Ensure That Elevance Health's Iam Practices Are Aligned With Industry Standards And Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Iam Security Advisor Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Security Risks And Vulnerabilities In Iam Processes And Systems. They Should Be Able To Devise Effective Solutions To Mitigate These Risks And Ensure The Security Of Elevance Health's Sensitive Data.
Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior-Level Position, The Iam Security Advisor Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Iam Professionals. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team.
