- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to meet and exceed client expectations and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement client-specific solutions and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to increase product or service utilization.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new products or services.
- Train and mentor junior account service managers to ensure consistency and excellence in client communication and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation to ensure efficient and effective account management.
Extensive Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Accounts.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Account Service Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, As Well As Collaborating With Internal Teams. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
