Security Systems Administrator Lead

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Security Systems Administrator Lead to join our Elevance Health team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our information security systems and providing technical support for the security team. You will be expected to ensure our systems are secure and up-to-date, provide guidance and direction to junior security team members, and collaborate across departments to implement security initiatives.To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in security systems and software, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be highly organized and capable of leading projects independently. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the security systems, including firewalls, antivirus, and other software applications
2. Develop and implement security policies and procedures
3. Provide technical support to the security team and other departments
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends and best practices
5. Manage security projects and collaborate with stakeholders
6. Lead junior security team members and provide guidance and direction
7. Identify and resolve security issues in a timely manner
8. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
9. Develop security training programs for employees
10. Prepare security reports and present findings to management
