12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
14. Prioritize and manage a high volume of referrals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
15. Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and coding, to ensure accurate and timely processing of referrals.
16. Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
