Elevance Health is looking for an experienced Re-Authorization Representative - Specialty Pharmacy to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all patient prior authorization requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate efficiently with insurance companies, patients, and other healthcare professionals to acquire prior authorization and payment information.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization processes.
  4. Monitor, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  5. Accurately document patient and insurance information in the system.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals.
  7. Stay organized and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures.
