- Oversee the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) department to ensure high-quality and accessible healthcare services are provided to members.
- Manage the contracting process for LTSS providers, including negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with LTSS providers to ensure a robust network of quality care for members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns with LTSS providers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of LTSS providers, including adherence to contract terms and quality standards, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to LTSS and make recommendations for updates or changes to processes and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between Elevance Health and LTSS providers, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the LTSS provider network, including identifying potential new partners and negotiating contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all LTSS provider contracts and related documents.
- Train and mentor LTSS department staff on contracting processes, provider relationship management, and industry updates.
- Represent Elevance Health at industry conferences and events to promote the organization and network with potential LTSS providers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure LTSS provider contracts align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to LTSS contracting and network management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on LTSS network performance and any significant developments or challenges.
- Strive to continuously improve processes and procedures related to LTSS provider network management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Network Management, Preferably In The Long-Term Services And Supports (Ltss) Field.
Knowledge Of Medicaid And Medicare Regulations And Reimbursement Methodologies.
Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Abilities To Effectively Collaborate With Providers, Internal Teams, And External Stakeholders.
