4. Monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and onboard new providers to expand the network and meet the needs of our members.
6. Stay current on industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in healthcare delivery to inform network strategy.
7. Serve as a liaison between Elevance Health and providers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Develop and maintain provider network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Train and mentor team members on provider network management best practices.
10. Attend meetings, conferences, and events to represent Elevance Health and network management initiatives.
11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the provider network and increase member enrollment.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve the provider network to optimize member satisfaction and health outcomes.
13. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align network strategy with overall organizational goals.
14. Track and report on key performance indicators related to provider network management.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the provider network management team.
