
Provider Experience Manager

- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, to understand their needs and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze data to track provider satisfaction and identify trends.
- Develop and manage initiatives to enhance provider satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs for providers to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the provider experience.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve the provider experience.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to stay updated on best practices and trends in provider experience.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure high performance and growth.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to the provider experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop messaging and materials to promote the organization's commitment to provider satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of provider satisfaction initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance the provider experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Relations Or Account Management Within The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Problem-Solving, And Data Analysis.
