  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve and enhance the provider experience.
  2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with our network of healthcare providers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve provider-related issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze provider satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Create and manage processes and procedures to streamline provider interactions and improve efficiency.
  6. Communicate regularly with providers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Conduct regular training and education sessions for providers to ensure they are informed about our services and processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the provider experience.
  9. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and maintenance of providers in our network.
  10. Represent Elevance Health at industry events and conferences to promote our provider experience initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain a provider satisfaction scorecard to track progress and identify areas of success and improvement.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop messaging and materials promoting our commitment to exceptional provider experiences.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to provider interactions.
  14. Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the provider experience to stay ahead of the competition.
  15. Lead and motivate a team of provider relations specialists to achieve goals and objectives.
  16. Regularly report on key performance metrics to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Relations, Network Management, Or A Similar Role Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Excel And Database Management Systems.
