- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement targeted communications and initiatives to improve provider experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to provider experience, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Stay informed on regulations and compliance related to provider experience and ensure Elevance Health's processes and practices are in line with industry standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the provider experience team.
- Represent Elevance Health at industry events and conferences, promoting our provider experience initiatives and building relationships with potential partners.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve the provider experience, staying ahead of the competition in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Provider Relations Or Customer Service Role Within The Healthcare Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Provider Networks And Contract Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.
Experience With Data Analysis And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Management Tools.
