  1. Develop and manage provider contracts that align with the company's cost of care strategies.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of provider contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative cost of care strategies.
  4. Negotiate and maintain contracts with healthcare providers to ensure competitive rates and quality of care.
  5. Monitor and evaluate provider performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform contract and cost of care strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate successful contract negotiations.
  8. Communicate contract and cost of care strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
  9. Analyze and report on the financial impact of provider contracts and cost of care strategies.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to provider contracts and cost of care.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Train and educate internal teams on provider contracting and cost of care best practices.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations with healthcare providers.
  14. Provide recommendations to senior management on ways to optimize provider contracts and cost of care strategies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve provider contract and cost of care processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Contract Negotiation And/Or Cost Of Care Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Reimbursement Methodologies And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Amounts Of Data.

  • Effective Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers And Other Stakeholders.
