  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize provider contracts and manage the cost of care.
  2. Analyze healthcare reimbursement models and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential cost drivers.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of provider contract performance and make data-driven recommendations for contract negotiations.
  5. Monitor and track cost of care metrics, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  6. Communicate with providers to negotiate contract terms and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and regulations to ensure compliance and inform strategy.
  8. Utilize analytical tools and software to gather and analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and other stakeholders.
  12. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on provider contracts and cost of care for the company.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  15. Serve as a mentor and resource for team members to enhance their understanding of provider contracts and cost of care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Contracting And Cost Of Care Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Reimbursement Models.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management.
