The Proposal and Marketing Services Manager leads proposal processes, manages cross-functional resources to complete proposals, ensures quality, completeness and oversight of technical writing. Responsible for interpreting customer requirements and working with SME’s to write clear, concise, and compliant responses to RFP requirements for new and existing clients, primarily health plans. Drafts concise, complete and clear proposal responses to the requirements and / or questions in accordance with proposal development standards, style guidelines and formatting conventions. Drafts effective cover letters, executive summaries, and other marketing services materials to underscore key value propositions and differentiators. Collects and submits proposal exhibits, attachments, and appendices relevant to assigned sections.
