Patient Financial Coordinator

As a Patient Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patient billing and collections processes are managed accurately and efficiently. You will assess patient financial data and prepare reports to track billing and collection performance.We are looking for an individual who has a strong understanding of billing and financial operations. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. A degree in accounting or business is preferred.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. You must have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working independently and in a team environment. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. 6. Handle customer inquiries related to patient billing and collections.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies.
8. Resolve any customer billing disputes.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
10. Manage accounts receivable and follow-up on delinquent accounts.
