
Nurse Case Manager I

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Nurse Case Manager I At Elevance Health Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University. This Education Provides The Necessary Foundation In Healthcare And Nursing Practices.
Active Nursing License: A Valid And Active Nursing License Is A Must For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Current License In The State Where Elevance Health Operates.
Previous Experience In Case Management: Prior Experience In Case Management Or A Related Field Is Preferred For This Role. This Could Include Experience As A Nurse Case Manager, Utilization Review Nurse, Or Care Coordinator.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations: A Nurse Case Manager I Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Other Insurance Regulations.
