Membership Representative

We are looking for an experienced and driven Membership Representative to join our team at Elevance Health. Responsibilities of a Membership Representative:

1. Facilitate enrollment of new members into Elevance Health's health plan.
2. Respond to members' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide members with information and resources related to their health plan.
4. Resolve members' complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of all membership activities.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure satisfaction.
7. Monitor and evaluate membership trends to identify areas of improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Work closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
