4. Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and other key developments in the healthcare landscape to ensure policies are up-to-date and in compliance.
5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of policies, including rationale and supporting data, to ensure transparency and accountability.
6. Communicate policy changes and updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure understanding and compliance.
7. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the potential impact of proposed policies on the company and the healthcare industry as a whole.
8. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all policies are in line with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on policy-related matters.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare policy and serve as a resource for internal and external stakeholders.
11. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for policy improvements and efficiencies.
12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and expertise on healthcare policies and regulations.
