- Develop and implement clinical audit processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical audit program, including scheduling, conducting audits, and reporting on findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinical audit program.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to clinical auditing.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of clinical auditors, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Analyze audit data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present reports on the clinical audit program to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to program management and clinical auditing, and make recommendations for implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and quality improvement, to ensure alignment and integration of the clinical audit program with other organizational initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical audit processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the clinical audit program.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the clinical audit program.
- Ensure timely completion of all audit activities and deliverables.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and events related to program management and clinical auditing.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Clinical Audit Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Programs To Improve Clinical Outcomes And Identify Areas For Improvement.
