4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to service coordination and healthcare management.
5. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps in care.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, families, providers, and community organizations.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to service coordination and healthcare management.
8. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
9. Advocate for the needs and rights of members and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
