Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the effective and efficient handling of appeals and grievances throughout the organization.
  2. Ensure customer service standards are maintained and exceeded.
  3. Monitor the status of appeals and grievances, and take appropriate action when necessary.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure that all appeals and grievances are handled in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and analyze trends in appeals and grievances and recommend process improvements.
  8. Prepare and submit reports on appeals and grievances to senior leadership.
  9. Provide guidance and support to staff in the appeals and grievances process.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of Five Years Of Experience In A Health Care Setting Or In The Management Of Health Care Appeals And Grievances

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Regulations Governing Appeals And Grievances

  • Ability To Develop And Deliver Presentations To Various Stakeholders
