Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial accounting/reporting/analysis team.
2. Prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and maintain accurate accounting records.
3. Manage the budgeting process, ensuring that all financial goals are met.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting/analysis.
5. Monitor internal controls, suggesting improvements where necessary.
6. Ensure that all financial regulations are complied with.
7. Provide timely and accurate reports to the executive team and other stakeholders.
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide necessary information.
9. Develop and review policies and procedures related to financial accounting/reporting/analysis.
10. Train and mentor staff in financial accounting/reporting/analysis.
