  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for Elevance Health, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that meet the needs of diverse employee groups, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions to address them.
  5. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to deliver learning opportunities, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
  6. Oversee the evaluation and assessment of learning programs, gathering feedback and data to continuously improve and enhance offerings.
  7. Manage the learning budget and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously evolve and innovate our programs.
  10. Serve as a role model for continuous learning and professional development, encouraging and supporting employees in their growth and development.
  11. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall employee experience and career development.
  13. Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders on the progress and impact of learning initiatives.
  14. Champion Elevance Health's mission and values, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Learning Programs And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
