Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our learning infrastructure to support our growing company.   1. Design and Implement Learning Infrastructure: Design and implement a comprehensive learning infrastructure that supports the learning and development needs of both employees and clients.
  2. Maintenance of Learning Infrastructure: Ensure the continuous functionality and efficiency of the learning infrastructure by regularly maintaining and updating various learning technologies and platforms.
  3. Optimize Learning Infrastructure: Continuously assess and improve the learning infrastructure to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the company and delivers exceptional learning experiences.
  4. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement innovative and effective learning solutions.
  5. Research and Evaluate Learning Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest learning technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance the learning infrastructure and achieve company goals.
  6. Troubleshoot and Provide Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the learning infrastructure and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted learning experiences.
  7. Monitor and Analyze Learning Data: Regularly monitor learning data and analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the learning experience.
  8. Provide Training and Support: Train employees and clients on how to effectively utilize the learning infrastructure and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the learning infrastructure meets all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  10. Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the learning infrastructure, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  11. Budget Management: Manage the budget for learning infrastructure, including identifying cost-effective solutions and negotiating contracts with vendors.
  12. Stay Focused on Company Mission: Align all learning infrastructure efforts with the company's mission to revolutionize healthcare and positively impact the lives of others.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Learning Management Systems (Lms) And Other Learning Technologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory.

  • Experience In Managing And Maintaining Learning Infrastructure, Including Troubleshooting Technical Issues And Implementing Updates And Upgrades.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Identify And Address Learning Needs.
