- Design engaging and impactful learning experiences for clients and partners in the healthcare industry.
- Utilize instructional design skills to create effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and audience needs.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Use technical proficiency to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
- Continuously research and implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Ensure all learning experiences align with Elevance Health's mission and values.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare education.
- Communicate with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all learning experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adhere to project budgets and deadlines.

- Provide support and training to clients and partners on how to use learning materials effectively.

Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Or Learning Experience Design.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models.
Familiarity With E-Learning Development Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Or Similar Software.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
