Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute software and hardware tests to ensure quality, accuracy, and compatibility with existing systems.
2. Identify, diagnose, and document software issues and bugs.
3. Develop, document, and maintain quality control and assurance standards and procedures.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications, systems, and networks.
5. Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve issues.
6. Lead and manage a team of Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance personnel.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to other departments and teams, as needed.
8. Monitor and audit systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
9. Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
