Responsibilities of an Information Security Advisor:

1. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to information security, risk management, and business continuity.
2. Monitor network activity, identify security vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.
3. Create and maintain security plans and security awareness programs.
4. Monitor and report on security compliance.
5. Develop and implement security strategies and tactics to protect information assets.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify security risks and propose mitigation strategies.
7. Research and recommend security solutions based on business needs.
8. Keep up to date with the latest security trends and technologies.
9. Perform regular security audits to identify and address weaknesses.
10. Educate personnel on security awareness and best practices.
