Information Security Advisor

The Information Security Advisor will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy, as well as monitoring, evaluating and maintaining security policies and standards. This individual must possess a wide range of technical and interpersonal skills, and must be an excellent problem-solver who is highly organized.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. They must have extensive experience with network security, encryption technologies, and related security best practices. Additionally, they must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and quickly adapt to changing technologies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies
2. Monitor, evaluate, and maintain security policies and standards
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security best practices and industry regulations
4. Analyze and respond to security incidents
5. Identify and address potential security risks
6. Manage security architecture and data access controls
7. Develop and implement security training programs
8. Investigate and troubleshoot security issues
9. Create and maintain detailed security documentation
10. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure security compliance
11. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams
