  1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues and concerns.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide fair and timely resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with management to proactively address potential employee relations issues and find solutions.
  5. Advise and train managers on best practices for handling employee relations matters, such as performance management and conflict resolution.
  6. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations processes.
  7. Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to educate employees and promote a positive workplace culture.
  9. Partner with other HR team members to support company-wide initiatives and programs related to employee engagement and retention.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Employee Relations Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Coach Employees And Managers At All Levels.
