- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues and concerns.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide fair and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with management to proactively address potential employee relations issues and find solutions.
- Advise and train managers on best practices for handling employee relations matters, such as performance management and conflict resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations processes.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to educate employees and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with other HR team members to support company-wide initiatives and programs related to employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Employee Relations Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Coach Employees And Managers At All Levels.
