Responsibilities:
• Facilitate positive employee relations, coach management on employee issues, and provide guidance and support to employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes and ensure a successful onboarding experience for new hires.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive, productive culture.
• Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and administer performance management systems.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and external vendors and service providers.
