Job Description

At Elevance Health, we are looking for an experienced, passionate HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of successfully managing human resources operations within a healthcare setting. This individual should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be knowledgeable in a range of HR topics, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and more. A successful Human Resources Business Partner at Elevance Health will be an advocate for our employees, helping to drive a positive and productive culture throughout the organization.To be successful in this role, you must possess:• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare setting• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A thorough understanding of applicable HR laws and regulations• Ability to handle confidential information with discretionIf you are an experienced HR professional eager to leverage your skills to help further Elevance Health’s mission, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate positive employee relations, coach management on employee issues, and provide guidance and support to employees.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes and ensure a successful onboarding experience for new hires.

• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive, productive culture.

• Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and administer performance management systems.

• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Serve as a liaison between the organization and external vendors and service providers.
