Health Educator

We’re looking for a passionate Health Educator to join our team at Elevance Health. As a Health Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our members. You’ll be responsible for providing educational services to our members and community, helping them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for health and wellness, a commitment to helping others, and the ability to communicate effectively. We’re looking for someone with a Master’s degree in public health, health promotion, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in community health education. You should also have a strong understanding of health education principles, as well as the ability to develop and deliver educational programs. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver health education programs to members and the community
2. Provide educational services to members and the community
3. Make informed decisions about their health and well-being
4. Utilize health education principles to create effective communication
5. Work with members and the community to ensure health and wellness outcomes
6. Organize and manage health education initiatives
7. Maintain records of health education initiatives and activities
8. Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure high quality health education services
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of health education programs
10. Stay up-to-date on developments in the health education field
