Financial Accounting Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have 3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting role. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the accuracy, compliance and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
2. Apply problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve accounting discrepancies.
3. Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial analysis and reporting.
4. Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
5. Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations.
6. Prepare and review financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
7. Maintain financial records accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline financial operations.
9. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and other financial analysis activities.
10. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and correlations in financial data.
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information.
12. Provide support to the financial team in day-to-day activities and other duties as assigned.
