Responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance for desktop PC technologies and systems, including the hardware, operating systems, applications and peripheral equipment. Evaluates hardware and software issues and assists in identifying requirements for solutions. Managing license ordering and procurement for Zipdrug IT and Operations. Staff hardware and software training. Mac and Windows expertise. Liaison between Zipdrug and Anthem IT support. Onboarding of new hires (All ZD teams). May provide basic training to users for new installations.
