Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure Epic Cadence/Prelude applications are optimized for their needs.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
3. Work independently to meet customer deadlines.
4. Provide Epic optimization and performance tuning services.
5. Analyze Epic system requirements and develop technical solutions.
6. Develop and maintain documentation regarding Epic system processes and procedures.
7. Provide end-user training and support.
8. Monitor system performance and recommend solutions to ensure optimal performance.
9. Research and evaluate new Epic technologies and systems.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
