Director, UX Design

We are looking for an experienced and creative Director, UX Design to join our team at Elevance Health. As the Director of UX Design, you will be responsible for strategizing and leading our UX design efforts, working with our product and engineering teams to ensure our products are user-friendly, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing. You will need to have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, and a passion for delivering a superior user experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX design, including designing and developing user interfaces for web applications. You should also have a Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain UX Design strategies that align with the overall product and engineering goals of Elevance Health.
2. Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications that are user-friendly, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and ensure our products are delivering a superior user experience.
4. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Work collaboratively with the product and engineering teams to ensure our products meet user needs.
6. Manage and lead a team of UX Designers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
7. Ensure all UX Design processes are completed in an agile environment.
8. Proactively identify and address any user experience issues that arise.
9. Lead user research activities such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
10. Provide feedback and mentorship to UX Designers.
