Director, UX Design

Elevance Health is seeking a UX Director who can develop and execute on a strategy to build a world-class user experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of UX designers to create a world-class user experience.
2. Develop and execute on a UX strategy for Elevance Health’s products.
3. Develop UX/UI design principles and best practices.
4. Develop user-friendly and intuitive experiences.
5. Monitor and evaluate UX performance and customer engagement.
6. Analyze customer feedback to improve user experience.
7. Maintain a deep understanding of current UX trends and best practices.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop effective product launches.
10. Conduct user research and usability testing.
