Director, UX Design

We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic Director of UX Design to join the Elevance Health team and lead a team of UX Designers in creating exceptional user experiences. As Director, you’ll be a key member of the product design team and will work closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of user experience.We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about UX Design and loves to collaborate with others. The ideal candidate has an eye for UX trends and an understanding of the customer experience.The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of UX experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. In addition, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, have the ability to understand customer needs, and have the ability to communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
