  1. Develop and implement utilization management strategies for radiology imaging services in accordance with industry best practices and company goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective and efficient utilization management processes.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to radiology imaging utilization management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
  5. Work closely with healthcare providers and insurance companies to develop and maintain relationships that support utilization management goals.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of utilization management initiatives.
  8. Provide guidance and training to team members on radiology imaging utilization management processes and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to shape the future of the organization.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's mission and vision.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on radiology imaging utilization management and provide guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, With A Focus On Radiology Imaging Utilization Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Radiology Imaging Utilization Management.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Achieving Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within A Healthcare Organization.
